Authentic Power Strategist
Hi, I’m Diana Patton– Authentic Power Strategist, former corporate executive, Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, and yes, that woman who will absolutely drop into a headstand just because … I want to.
You can say I am forever living out my “life of the party” sentiment. I love to laugh, live out loud and be me. I’m also the person you’ll see on the dance floor dancing by myself, for about two or three hours.
But, here’s the thing: I’ve lived the corporate grind. I’ve carried stress in my shoulders, and from time to time, skipped workouts because “I didn’t have time,” and tried to out-hustle fatigue with coffee. (Spoiler alert: that doesn’t work.).
After having two kids, I dropped the weight by doing the Body for Life program. I followed it religiously and was even awarded for it when I was selected as the Health Magazine Women of the Year. But that was before the estrogen and progesterone leveled out, and the “M” word came to my front door
… YUP, Menopause.
Now? Thanks to all I have learned about hormonal balance, menopause, and how to balance my weight after then, my energy and mindset is better than it was in my 30s Not because I found a magic pill, but because I learned how to actually take care of my body—fitness, food, and mindset included at this stage of my life!
I believe in keeping it real: health isn’t about hard and fast restrictions or punishing workouts (although I love a good workout now!!).
It’s about finally having the freedom to feel comfortable in your own skin, the confidence to walk into any room like you own it, and the energy to show up fully—for your career, your family, and yourself. It’s about feeling like yourself again when hormones, hot flashes, and sleepless nights try to hijack your mood and energy.
So when I’m teaching you about fitness, nutrition, mindset and WEALTH™, or even how to stay consistent with healthy habits, I’m bringing the science, the soul, and yes— a headstand or two.
Because, sis, if I can feel this good at 57, so can you.
